AI Acceptable Use Policy

This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("AI AUP") sets forth the acceptable use requirements governing CurvUp’s AI-powered features, including CINA (CurvUp Intelligence Navigation Assistant) and any third-party AI Model Providers integrated into the CurvUp platform.

1. CINA — CurvUp's Proprietary AI Model

CurvUp has developed its own proprietary machine learning model, CINA (CurvUp Intelligence Navigation Assistant). CINA serves as the primary AI engine powering intelligent features across the CurvUp ecosystem.

1.1 What CINA Does

• Business guidance and recommendations
• Mentor and expert matching
• Funding readiness assessments
• Stage-specific entrepreneur support
• Business checklists and recommendations
• Platform navigation and onboarding assistance

1.2 Acceptable Use of CINA

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or extract model weights.
• Do not use outputs to train competing AI systems.
• Do not bypass safety controls or jailbreak the model.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
• Do not generate content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not exploit vulnerabilities or probe system weaknesses.

1.3 CINA & Your Data

Data processed by CINA remains within CurvUp infrastructure and is governed by CurvUp’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. CurvUp may use anonymised and aggregated interaction data to improve CINA.

2. Third-Party AI Model Providers

CurvUp integrates with selected third-party AI providers to power specific platform capabilities.

3. Your Obligations When Using CurvUp AI

• No unlawful or harmful content.
• No misinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive media.
• No spam or abusive automation.
• No infringement of privacy or intellectual property rights.
• No attempts to bypass AI safeguards.
• No use of AI-generated outputs for high-stakes decisions without human oversight.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. CurvUp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or medical advice.

5. Data Privacy and AI Processing

• Inputs processed by CINA remain within CurvUp infrastructure.
• Inputs processed by third-party providers are governed by their own privacy terms.
• Avoid entering highly sensitive or confidential information.
• CurvUp Privacy Policy governs data processing across AI features.

6. Changes to AI Model Providers

CurvUp may add, remove, or replace AI providers from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through platform notices or email notifications.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

• Suspension of AI feature access.
• Termination of platform access.
• Reporting to AI providers when required.
• Referral to regulators or law enforcement where necessary.
